Hi everyone,
Apologies that I cannot speak French or Breton. I really enjoy reading your posts through a translator however.
I have a question on how you play small scale skirmishes, such as between warbands of maybe 5 or 6 characters. Do you give characters 2 or more hitpoints so that they live a little longer? And do you amend the shooting rules to make it easier to hit as there will only be a single shooter in most cases, not a whole unit?

2 hit points are suggested for the main character of each group - representing the player.
2 hit points for other characters of a small group is certainly possible if you think it gives them more personality and does not affect game balance.

The rules say that you can change the rules if you wish Wink ...however that could cause confusion later if some day you want to play with larger units.

If there is a single shooter in the warband you could decide he/she is an “elite“ shooter (a special skill, as you could also have a “strong guy“ with +1 in melee, or a very good swordsman who strikes twice).
Each player can do one “elite“ shooting once in each turn, with an elite shooter of the warband.
Elite shooting gives +1 to the die; OR allows to aim at a single enemy character in a group (not both advantages at once). This can be deadly... sometimes...
