Le forum anglophone WD3 (Wargames Directory 3) qui était depuis longtemps dans le paysage ludique va fermer le 10 octobre et se rassembler sur son groupe Facebook.
Ses responsables actuels invoquent le désintérêt pour les forums.
...Je dirais que ce n'est sans doute pas la seule raison, car LAF et TWW tournent très bien. WD3 avait vieilli sans doute, au moins dans sa présentation (pour ma part je n'ai jamais réussi à m'y intéresser, contrairement à LAF et à TWW). Ses anciens créateurs et admins étant partis ou disparus il y avait sans doute un manque de motivation à poursuivre.

Interest in all forums has been waning for a few years now, for a large part due to the popularity of Facebook groups.
Eccles and me have discussed what to do what to do whenever the next payment would become due, and we came to the conclusion that we could not in good conscience ask the members to help pay for a forum that has very little new material to show.
That means this forum will cease to exist on 10 October 2021.
All activities will from then on be concentrated at the Facebook group:

So, you have till that date to save whatever you still wanted to save.
It has been good fun while it lasted, and we wish to thank all contributors, you made this a very special place.
Our thanks also go, naturally, to our predecessors who founded the original Wargames Directory, and kept it alive during various reincarnations.
